How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Broadsaying Roofing should get a fair, honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Broadsaying Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Broadsaying Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@broadsaying.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
