Questions about your roof? Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and a local provider can follow up. No obligation.
No obligationYou talk to an independent roofing provider. Not Broadsaying Roofing. Providers in our network run their own businesses and do their own work.
This page has no staff list because the people doing the roofing are not ours. They work for themselves. Our role is to make the introduction.
The provider asks a few simple questions. Where is the home? How old is the roof? What did you notice? Is it tile or shingle? Is anything leaking?
Have your answers ready. Photos from the ground help. So does a note of when you first saw the problem.
The provider may suggest an inspection. That is where the real answer comes from. A phone call can only tell you so much.
Keep the list short. These questions do the most work:
Write down the answers. Compare them across providers. Get it in writing.
Ask what drives the price. Roof size, pitch, material, tear-off layers and access all matter. Typical U.S. roof replacement jobs span a wide range, and your quote will vary. A written quote is the only number that counts.
You can ask questions. You can ask for a second opinion. You can say no. Nothing about being matched forces you to hire anyone.
Be wary of anyone who pushes you to sign on the spot. A sound plan survives a day of thought.
