Our focus is roof replacement and new installs. Homeowners find us while they are looking up at an aging roof and wondering what is next. They want a straight answer and a written quote.

If you do that well, you may be a fit.

Who We Are Looking For

We want local roofing contractors who run their own business and take the work seriously. That means:

• You do roof replacement, repair or storm and hail work in the Fort Lauderdale area
• You carry the licensing and insurance your area requires
• You know tile and shingle roofs, and the humid, storm-heavy climate they live in
• You are comfortable working with concrete block homes, subdivisions and condo communities
• You answer the phone and return messages

You do not need to be large. You need to be reliable.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us because they want honesty. Providers in our network are expected to:

• Inspect the roof before quoting
• Explain findings in plain words
• Give quotes in writing
• Be upfront about cost and scope
• Treat homeowners with respect, including those who say no

We do not accept providers who pressure people, hide fees or promise results they cannot control. Providers are also responsible for their own work, permits and warranties.
